I’ve been disappointed every time I have come here. Today I got breakfast and I ordered ribeye with eggs and I’ve never seen a ribeye so thin in my life. Absolutely terrible and on top of that the waitress never even came back to the table to ask if everything was OK

My first time dining at Lauren’s and I don’t believe I’ll be returning. In short, the service was lackluster and the food was ‘ok’. My waitress was relatively unpleasant, no smile and a stale tone to her voice. The wait time was a little excessive. I feel like my money was better spent at Rod’s Grille ( about 2 miles away). The atmosphere is awesome though and the outside dining option is what drew me in. The image I uploaded is what I left on my plate upon leaving. Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day .. leaving an almost full plate of food is NOT was I like doing.

Disappointing Service, but Good Food
My husband and I decided to try Lauren’s Restaurant for breakfast, and while the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. The meal itself was enjoyable—everything was fresh and well-prepared—but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by our waitress’s poor service.
She was inattentive, barely checked on us, and seemed disinterested in helping. We had to ask multiple times for simple things like coffee refills and extra napkins, and she acted like we were an inconvenience. It really put a damper on what could have been a great breakfast.
It’s a shame because the food was worth coming back for, but service plays a huge role in the dining experience. Hopefully, management addresses this issue because Lauren’s has potential—just not with that kind of service.
Would I return? Maybe, but only if the service improves.

It's a diner nothing fancy but good. I noticed they upgraded their french fries. Sometimes I get breakfast sometimes lunch or dinner. I think their house burger could be the best in town.

Seriously disappointed and disgusted with the experience we had today. My family and I went to Lauren’s because our 12 year old liked the food last time we went there a few months ago. We came in and a young man showed us the table and then dropped the menus on the table and walked away. Another couple came in a minute or two after us and were greeted, seated, provided menus, asked what they wanted to drink and provided with those drinks as we sat there. No one spoke to us or even looked at us. We waited 10 minutes then decided we should leave. My husband fought in the war and took a bullet for this country and does not deserve to be treated like this. My boys shouldn’t have to experience this kind of thing in 2025. If Lauren’s does not want to serve VETS or “minorities” maybe they should have the guts to put up a sign. We love to support small local businesses but this is a horrible example of service and racism.

** First time visit ** GET THIS THEY SERVE BREAKFAST TILL 4 PM .. great food , food ,nice place ,clean , has a bar, then some high top and a hole room of booths. Have outdoor seating also
I had an amazing breakfast here this morning! I had blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, shredded hashbrowns and sausage and everything was phenomenal. Our server, Dawn, was very friendly and attentive. I hadn’t been here in years but I’ll definitely be back soon.

VERY slow breakfast service. Tea was basic black lipton, the corned beef hash, which I get everywhere I go for breakfast, was way too salty, french toast was one note, the blueberry pancake was fine... overall everything was very underwhelming. There are many other options with better food, larger portions, better prices and faster service.
