This place is disgusting. Came in drive thru around 10pm, the guy in the window (the manager) had a row of drinks. He must have mixed them up, and then took the lids off and stuck his nose/face up to each one to identify them by smell, then handed me my drink. I said “you just stuck your face in my drink” and he threw it away and said have a good night.
When I called the store and asked for a manager; I explained what happened and he said “yeah that was me” and hung up. Gross

The night shift crew takes 20 minutes to prepare an order i placed online 15 minutes before i got there, complete waste of a break, if you have any type of rush at all go anywhere else, food was ice cold too.

The worst McDonalds location ever they close the lobby early all the time around 7-8pm because they can’t “handle” more then three customers at a time the new double drive-through is pointless because they will only help one person at a time and there is always lines wrapped around the building during dinner time “they do this to not hurt their order times” but all the employees know that it’s a disaster especially when you have to wait 20 minutes for one simple meal they need to hire all new staff and more employees and fix this disaster of a location but the owner doesn’t care clearly because there is thousands of negative reviews and complaints daily

This particular store locks it's doors to the dining room several hours early every day. I literally see dozens of customers pulling up shaking their head and going across the street to Burger King. Get your shit together or hire employees that give a shit. It's 945pm the doors say dining room open till 11 either change your signage or change your crew. Ridiculous.

Every time l order food they do not put souses to my order. I’ve never get napkins also they do not do special orders last time l’ve ordered deluxe crispy sandwich extra lettuce extra tomatoes but I got regular sandwich and it is the third time in a row

I hold mixed feelings on this McDonalds. When I am not being hit repeatedly by the underpaid employees that I bribed to do so, I am usually ordering 3 McDoubles and a side of the Burger King chicken Nuggets and immediately sending myself into diabetic shock. The store is not very wheelchair accessible and when I brought my morbidly obese friend there I tried to push him and his wheelchair up the deceptively deep ramp and I dropped him. He subsequently suffered from a cerebral hemmorrhage.
Overall, the money that I have received via lawsuits against this store have more than made up for their shortcomings. Good Job!
Dietary restrictions: They do not address ANY dietary restrictions, and I too have joined the ranks of the morbidly obese population of America.
Parking: When I went there I was under the influence of Acid and therefore it took me 20 minutes to navigate the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: I had the employees carry me in a litter and address me as Pharoah.
