I took my son there on Saturday. It was extremely clean and the staff could not have been nicer. Our breakfast sandwiches weren't so great unfortunately - bagels weren't toasted, the cheese wasn't melted and there was mayo on them. Still, because of the nice people and clean restaurant, we'd go back and try something else.

These employees were on point. One guy was working both lanes and the register without any problem. When I got to the second window, the woman had it ready and I ordered food for several people.

I went a couple of weeks ago and the service was top tier for breakfast. A gay guy took good care of me and even hand delivered my meal with both of my sauces. He made my day! Excellent customer service, breakfast was great. Warren mcdonald's for the win!

I went through the drive thru sobbing and every single person asked if I was okay and if I needed anything or wanted to talk the boy at the food window even gave me extra napkins to wipe my tears

When you get your food fast question it.Every single time they give your food right away this is what it looks like .
The manager Lisa complained that she wasn't taking any more orders because she was late on staff but only two people were in the Drive-Thru. When I came inside to get my mobile order which already said it was ready she told me I had to go back out to the drive-thru. There wasn't a single American employed there they were all forced laborers. Unbelievably bad customer service by Lisa

On the way to my lodging choice in Middletown from the Providence airport, I stopped by this very "scenic" route as I bypassed any tolls charged on a quicker route and stopped by this McDonald's location. I used the drive-thru and ordered a Large Sweet Iced Tea ($1.99 before tax). Making a left as you exit onto Rhode Island state highway Route 136 is challenging since this is a busy highway and there is a stoplight just to the right past the restaurant's exit. Luckily for me, motorists were nice enough to stop and wave me through before they got to the light. Be really careful here.
