The manager Lisa complained that she wasn't taking any more orders because she was late on staff but only two people were in the Drive-Thru. When I came inside to get my mobile order which already said it was ready she told me I had to go back out to the drive-thru. There wasn't a single American employed there they were all forced laborers. Unbelievably bad customer service by Lisa

This place is disgusting. Came in drive thru around 10pm, the guy in the window (the manager) had a row of drinks. He must have mixed them up, and then took the lids off and stuck his nose/face up to each one to identify them by smell, then handed me my drink. I said “you just stuck your face in my drink” and he threw it away and said have a good night.
When I called the store and asked for a manager; I explained what happened and he said “yeah that was me” and hung up. Gross

The night shift crew takes 20 minutes to prepare an order i placed online 15 minutes before i got there, complete waste of a break, if you have any type of rush at all go anywhere else, food was ice cold too.

The worst McDonalds location ever they close the lobby early all the time around 7-8pm because they can’t “handle” more then three customers at a time the new double drive-through is pointless because they will only help one person at a time and there is always lines wrapped around the building during dinner time “they do this to not hurt their order times” but all the employees know that it’s a disaster especially when you have to wait 20 minutes for one simple meal they need to hire all new staff and more employees and fix this disaster of a location but the owner doesn’t care clearly because there is thousands of negative reviews and complaints daily
