I’ve been to so many weddings where I can’t even remember the food, but I had been to two weddings catered by them prior to mine and their food stuck with me. I knew I had to have them for my own wedding, and they did not disappoint. One of the best parts was that they also provided an event coordinator. Alicia, my day of coordinator, was incredible! She was in touch with me months before the wedding, answering every single one of my questions, and on the day of she made everything run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, she had everything perfectly organized, and I never had to stress. The catering staff was professional, attentive, and truly wonderful. They set up, cleaned up, and cleaned made sure everything was flawless. Our friends and family are still raving about how amazing the food was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Cafe and could not recommend them enough for any shower, meeting or event needs. First, Mike was a pleasure to work with. The communication was always constant and thorough. He was extremely helpful in the planning process. The place looked amazing on the day of the shower and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Frank and Kim were the staff members on during my shower and they were amazing. I wish I had another need to use them for but will definitely use them again when the opportunity presents itself! The food was delicious and everyone at my shower could not stop raving about it. It made my baby shower perfect!“

“Simply horrendous!! The appetizers tasted old, Dinner was cold, BLAH!! Asked the bar for cranberry juice and got Hawaiian Punch!! Took over 3 hours for all of the courses to be served. Finally, the coffee was brought out! Yes, you guessed it—COLD AND OLD!! We never got dessert. Told waitress my husband didn’t feel well and I asked her if we could get a couple of pastries to go, she refused! Paid $40 X 2!! An awful lot of money for high priced garbage and service that took well over 3 hours to complete!!“

“I recently hosted a birthday dinner at Brother & Moffat for a group of 13, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The space was beautiful and the ambiance was absolutely perfect for a private celebration. We had the entire place to ourselves, which made the evening feel even more special.

We enjoyed a customized 5-course menu, and every single dish was delicious. David also created amazing dining options for the vegetarians in our group, and they were just as flavorful and thoughtfully crafted as the rest of the menu. The amount and quality of food we received for the price was an incredible value. All of our guests left raving about the flavors, presentation, and overall experience.

The staff—and the owner, David—were attentive, professional, and completely on point all night. One of the highlights was the tableside dessert, which added a fun and memorable show to the evening.

“7/19/25 was our wedding day. We had approximately 8-weeks to plan. We had a back yard wedding so we chose to have buffet style meal. The planner I dealt with made it so easy, I knew what I wanted,changed it up a few times. She was super accommodating.The food and the staff was AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen who we had ( I thought we just to serve our food) did more than that. They served coffee and cake that I brought myself, cleaned up guest tables, none of which was on my contract. They took care of us and we definitely took care of them. 10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you“

“Super happy to work with O’shucks catering through Providence Oyster Bar in East Greenwich. Sean (O’Shucks) came to our house and set up raw oysters on ice. It was really cool! Everyone at our party commented on how fun it was to have the raw oysters set up in the middle of our kitchen. We also ordered cod Bianco, potatoes, Brussel sprouts, edamame, lobster rolls, and salad. Everything was great! I would recommend them to my friends and family and I would definitely hire o’shucks again when I do another catered event.“
