They don't tell you if you order online, you don't get Best Guest Reward points !!!!!
It's Outrageous !!!! If you call in your order, they always get it wrong. Other places do not do this. Don't be fooled. They only are out for themselves. Boycott Chelo's !!!!!!

I’ve always loved Chelo’s but I can’t help but have a bad taste in my mouth after being told I couldn’t take any leftovers from my half price apps home. This restaurant would rather throw away perfectly good food- that the customer paid for- than let them take it to go and have a nice snack later on. So much for smaller businesses caring about their customers. That just feels so corporately American to me. Come on Chelo’s, do better 🙃 (Also, in the past I’ve been able to take half price apps home, so is this a new policy or do only certain servers abide by the rules?)

There were many mistakes with our orders. 3 of the 6 meals had mistakes. Our server was very pleasant and helpful trying to remedy the errors.

the blackened chicken with pasta dish is disgusting. The chicken is tasteless but then has a kick of spice after. How can you make it have a hit of spice but still manage to be flavorless? Second of all the sauce on this dish is also flavorless. It’s a thick creamy sauce with absolutely no flavor. Not to mention you get less than 3 little slices of grilled chicken with a ton of pasta. portioned poorly seasoned poorly. How do they not have people taste test this stuff?

Very pricey given the type and quality of the food Very busy place I would think mostly due to the atmosphere
Parking: Fairly sized parking lot except when there are functions going on
Some suggestions: - don’t inundate the Cesar salad with dressing - don’t put raw vegetables in the salad - shredded chicken is inferior to grilled chicken in the salad - ziti should be al dente not too cooked and mushy - meatloaf could have better flavor
