Been going to Dave's for decades and always a good experience, even if just looking to play pool and drink. Ask for Mike the bartender. I miss the free popcorn but that was pre-covid.
Visited Dave's just about a week ago. Our waitress, Liza made our experience very enjoyable. She is such a friendly, attentive server who always has a smile on her face. We watched her run around that place and always checking on her customers. The food wasn't that bad, but remember it being g much better years back. The calamari is fresh, not frozen, with a light, crispy batter and well portioned. The steak sandwich has mushrooms and onions, and the fish & Chips offer a generous portion. The New England clam chowder soup is delicious. The cheeseburger is a must, and the garlic parm wings are also delicious. The restaurant has two separate bars with plenty of TVs for sporting events, a dining area with seats and tables, and another area with pool tables. Service is quick with friendly staff, and the bartenders are excellent, attentive, and friendly. Very fair prices and a good sized menu make it a great place for a quick lunch or to catch a game. A variety of different beers are available, and the location is very convenient.
