At the Providence location,
They don't tell you if you order online, you don't get Best Guest Reward points !!!!!
It's Outrageous !!!! If you call in your order, they always get it wrong. Other places do not do this. Don't be fooled. They only are out for themselves. Boycott Chelo's !!!!!!
If you're in Woonsocket, RI, go visit Chelo's Hometown Bar & Grille !! My family went to visit a long time friend and we were given this place as a recommendation.... other than seeing an old family friend, lunch here was the best part of the day!

Based on the reviews, Chelo's Hometown Bar & Grille is an awesome local chain with an old school vibe and huge portion sizes. It is a local restaurant to Rhode Island with 8 locations. The food is great, with a nice selection of various main dishes including a good burger, clam chowder, seafood chowder, and a mushroom burger. They also have vegan plant based options. The service is polite and kind, with staff like Dylan and Bill who are phenomenal and attentive. It is a great environment, perfect for a work dinner event or a stop near the airport. There is lots of parking space.
