Overall good food. The only issue we had was a mistake where two people ordered the same thing, and the kitchen didn't realize it was two orders. They were apologetic. Quick service, so we made our flight just fine.
At the Providence location,
They don't tell you if you order online, you don't get Best Guest Reward points !!!!!
It's Outrageous !!!! If you call in your order, they always get it wrong. Other places do not do this. Don't be fooled. They only are out for themselves. Boycott Chelo's !!!!!!
