Placed an order tonight. It was delivered an hour and a half later (45min after expected delivery time). Not only was food cold, but order was wrong. Ordered a bbq chicken pizza and a hot weiner pizza. Called to let them know that I did not receive the hot weiner pizza, but instead got what looked like a supreme and they pretty much told me I was lying, that they made the correct food. Ordered food for my family and myself on Sunday 9/22. We ordered 3 calzones and 2 grinders at 2:28pm. I had to ask the woman who took my order (who was really sweet) how long it would be and was told “within the hour”. At 3:54pm we still had not received our food. I called to see where it was as they had charged our card the $65.77. The woman was apologetic and said our ordered had left the store.
