The food and service were absolutely amazing! This was our first time dining here, and my husband and I were beyond impressed. We’re visiting from Miami, and I can honestly say this was hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious, and the service made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
I got take out. Ordered online. Good experience overall and good food. I will go back.
This place used to be really good when they first opened. After COVID came around, things declined rapidly as everything else did. They are steadily get better with their taste and flavors. However, cleanliness is lacking since the renovations they've made. Layers of dust cling to the ceiling fan and the vinyl flags hanging above the entire restaurant. Would definitely be 4.5 stars if time and care was taken into some general / food safe dusting.

California Taco Shop is a convenient spot for a quick and delicious meal. The food is surprisingly decent, with tortas being a standout item. The staff is nice and efficient, getting your food ready to go. Be sure to ask for salsa, which is a highlight. While the prices may be a bit steep, the food is fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is open late and is a great option for Tex-Mex and similar cuisine. The reviews mention the fast and friendly service, the clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the tasty Mom and Pop shop quesobirrias, tacos, homemade chips, and taco salad. Customers also praise the reasonable prices and the consistent quality of the tacos, beans, and rice. Overall, California Taco Shop is a great spot for a tasty meal on the go.
