I think this is a fake Dunkin Donuts. All Dunkin donuts are awesome. This one isn't. It was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Sewage water. The order came up without donuts. Waiting 10 minutes. They were not pushing complete orders, just lots of drinks. Zero organization skills. Zero personality. Just sad. If you are reading this. " Good Luck"

As someone who also works in a high volume coffee shop, I get that when it's busy it can be stressfulHowever, degrading your customers because you're aggrevated is never acceptableContext: my husband and I ordered 2 drinks, 1 breakfast sandwich, a toasted bagel twist, and munchkins. We received the munchkins and drinks both at the register, but the sandwich was the only item that came out. I waited for a few more orders to come out before I asked about it, and was LOUDLY degraded at the hand off for "suddenly" wanting the bagel twist toasted. She threw an untoasted twist into the bag, and went back into the back. If I didn't order it toasted, I would have received it at the register with the rest of my order; maybe try checking in with coworkers to see if it was accidentally rung in incorrectly before taking it out on customers.

Sunday March 3rd, 4:30 am near Delta. Traveling for the first time with my service animal and I once I got to my gate, I realized I forgot a bowl to make sure my dog stayed hydrated. I noticed a dunkin donuts and when I noticed a woman yell out an order, I caught her attention with a smile asking if I could please get a plastic cup so I could give my pet some water. She answered loudly in front of everyone in line "absolutely not!! I can't just give away stuff!!" As she scoffed and walked away and I was left standing there stunned and embarrassed at her reaction as I didn't know how to give my pet water from a bottle and not a cup that she could have handed me. An amazing woman Cheryl and Alexis setting up a near by convenience station stepped in to help me out and Cheryl was able to find a plastic lid that she cleaned off and handed to me sweetly hoping she had helped and I couldn't have been more grateful. I had purchased a water but forgot a cup and the embarrassment I received was enough to change my energy for a trip I was looking forward to. She should remember what her job entails and since customer service is not her specialty, maybe Somewhere else will help her mood.

So sad what has become of this specific location, I do not work here anymore; however I do have old co workers who still do. There was a management change on this specific Dunkin, and I've heard nothing but horrible things about how the new management/Airport management has been treating people. Managers approval for cleaning at the end of the night? Breaks have to be approved/some people don't even get breaks anymore, sounds awfully illegal to me. I don't know, but if you guys don't fix your management over there/revert things to how it was prior, you're going to lose employees/waste money on renovating that South location. Hope you take my review seriously, it used to be a really good Dunkin location. Just sounds like you guys are making it worse than it should be for employees.

It would be nice if you had a sign or even to let people know you can’t use the Dunkin app, but to not be able to use a Gift card that comes from your establishment is crazy. Yes that is right can’t use a gift card with guaranteed money how crazy is that? as long as you’re a Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t understand why you can’t use your gift card. Scam and people that have to use their money. I mean you’re already jacking up the the snack and bacon just because it’s in an airport make it make sense.

This was a terrible experience with bad and borderline rude service and coffee and food that my girlfriend and I couldn't even consume. First, the staff did not seem too happy to be there, and did not seem to be working together or communicating. After taking my order the staff member just turned and walked away. A receipt printed but was never handed to me and I didn't feel comfortable taking it from the machine.When my order was taken I wasn't given a number, but it became clear later that you needed to know your order number to pick up your food. I assume the number was on the receipt.Where the food orders were coming out, a staff member was yelling order numbers but nobody seemed to have a number. Everyone would say "is this the bagel?", "is this the one with turkey sausage?", "is this the egg and cheese?" and the staff member would reply "YUP!" with a snark as if they were annoyed that people didn't know their order number. Seemed like they were having a bad day.I ordered a bagel with bacon and egg, and got a bagel with bacon and cheese. I tried asking for help at the food pickup area, but basically got ignored, so had to return back into the line and ask for it to be remade. "Oh that's my bad", the other staff member said.I ended up getting the correct sandwich the 2nd time, but it had a super weird, off, taste, like something was bad or not right. Can't explain it, but it tasted like something was just way off. Not sure if the egg was old, or the bagel was old, but didn't want to chance it and didn't eat it. Once I got the sandwich I had to say "thanks, and we're still waiting on the latte" and finally got it. I could see the components sitting on the counter, but the 2nd staff member was making and delivering many other coffees except the latte. The latte was made correctly, but my girlfriend made me try it. It had a SUPER off burned taste like something was not working right in the machine. I am not sure how the espresso works at dunkin, but it almost felt like the espresso was twice brewed, or the machine may not have been working correctly. All in all it took about 15 minutes to get the sandwich and drink, despite there miraculously not being much of a line, maybe just 5 minutes waiting in line.Overall a disappointing stop that wasted 20 mins of our time and food and drink that we couldn't consume from staff members that seemed unhappy to be there.

I got my sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was hot but completely untrusted. THEN when I bit into the sandwich, the cheese was ice-cold in the middle.I went back and asked for it to be heated up, because the cheese was cold, and the employee responded: "the cheese doesn't go in the oven" and just left it at that.She was not nice and frankly quite rude. Who wants cold cheese on a breakfast sandwich?
Airport location across from gate 15. Horrible service and products. I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee via mobile app and when I went to pick it up it was an iced drink. I advised it should be a frozen Carmel coffee and the incompetent worker was very rude and took her time to remake the drink. She provided me a drink that look like milk. I asked if she added any coffee into the drink ands he said yes. The drink didn't taste of coffee or any kind. She appeared to be heavily drug sedated and high.

Two of the women working were too busy talking about personal topics to be bothered to make sure my entire mobile order came out. My sandwich and iced beverage came out, they yelled my name. I stood waiting for my donuts and bottle of water. They just continued their personal conversation. Walked out of the store to look out the window and discuss "how dark it is". I had to ask for the rest of my order and the woman less than politely told me, "you can get your water out of the cooler". First of all, it's a mobile order, why would I have to cut through the line, asking other customers to move out of my way to get my water? Second of all, a smile and pleasant tone goes a long way. Hopefully this store can do some customer service retraining. Hash browns were smooshed and soggy.

I would give them a zero if the system would allow it. 7/23/2023, 5 pm, stopped by for ice coffees. They were the worse, most bitter and disgusting coffees ever. Complained to a young woman and the cashier, and they ignored us. Would not return our money. We threw away this poison and emailed Dunkin Donut customer service with a detailed complaint and survey number (identifies the cashier and store). For my trouble, I got a coupon for a free "donut" with purchase of a beverage .. I learned my lesson; don't waste your time with customer service at Dunkin.
