Line to order was 45 minutes and they were so behind some people had been waiting for over a hour. Obviously they need to hire more people or stop taking orders. Absolutely horrible location. Never even got food. Worst experience ever
How do you run out of ice coffee then say I don’t know when I’ll have it again
Honestly the worst place I've ever been, staff just messing around and laughing while there's a giant queue. Ordered donuts and got told after 10 minutes of waiting when I asked where my order was that there was none. They said said they'd give me a replacement item, had to ask twice before they gave me it though which was about another 15 minutes of waiting. After everything she didn't even look at me when she gave me it. Actually stunned.
