“Best coffee I had while visiting. I had to go to 3 different coffee shops before I went to this one. I went there three times and I was never disappointed in the coffee. I loved the decor and vibe they were going for.

My only complaint is that they were very slow in service. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or you’re the only person in the shop. It takes me at least 10 minutes to get my coffee and one time they got to make my bagel sandwich.“

“This is easily the BEST breakfast sandwich place in Rhode Island. I am from Long Island, New York and since moving here, I haven't been able to find anything remotely close to the classic "bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup" sandwiches I am used to. For some reason, most places microwave the eggs and use English muffins, not ritual! They are the real deal with kaiser rolls and bagels that don't taste like plastic. I went in for the signature but got the Reuben's cousin Paul's sandwich. It was so good. I am excited to go back. I also got a chocolate raspberry latte and a French Vanilla iced coffee, both were good. At many coffee places either they have good food OR they have good coffee but one is lacking, Ritual was amazing all around. Staff was also friendly! - I hope they open another location near Coventry because I am obsessed.“

“The Coffee Grinder is under new ownership and Melanie has done wonders. In the tradition of Ed Duckworth, it has great coffee with modest bagels and pastry selection. It is all about the coffee!“

“Cafe Tempo has the best bagels and cream cheese I have ever had. Their selection is big and they’re usually well stocked through the morning. Very reasonably priced, especially comparing the quality to chains. The drive through wait can be longer than it looks, but always worth it. If you’re in a rush you can order ahead or go inside. If you get multiple sandwiches, just double check them before you leave the restaurant as we’ve had a few mix ups during busy lunch hours but always very pleased with the quality and whatever we get regardless! A few spots inside and outside to eat or you can sit at their bar inside if you just want a quick bite, but for conversations their patio is your best bet. Also, their bakery selection inside is a must try! Between the danishes and the bagged lemon cookies, you really can’t go wrong.“

I like the system they have set-up for where you take a ticket and wait for the food to be brought out to you with minimal interaction. They also have the best chai tea I've had from anywhere!“

I like that the donut holes are fresh every day and I get a box to go always so I can offer them to friends when we meet. “I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“I go here because it's convenient but also some of the staff especially Maria she has been there the longest and makes the store run smoothly no matter how busy it is. Great customer service and always so pleasant and she makes my day I know when I leave I will be laughing shes great“

“Went to drive-through got the wrong coffee went back Robyn was not only helpful but extremely cheerful. Replaced the coffee with a smile and a joke could not ask for a better customer service. Robyn is truly an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and all customer service people could take a lesson from her. Thank you Robyn for making my day. By the way, it was 4:30 in the morning.
