“Ive came here over 100 times and the food isn’t that bad but I got a burnt bagel one time, just once. The refreshers are always good. The times that I went the staffs were nice besides a middle aged woman. if they ran out of an item they would I’ll replace it for you with another. The hash browns and SEC are always on point. But overall the place is nice it’s just that they need to make sure to not clean everything up and hour before closing.“

“Food and coffee are phenomenal. Service is SLOW. When the owner isn't there, the place is run by teenage girls. They're nice, but only pay attention to people ordering. Once you pay, you're forgotten. You'll sit and stare at your order on the counter for 10 minutes before you finally have to just ask for it. We love presto and will keep going, but just highly recommend ordering ahead.“

Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. When I said yes he handed me a free large sample of their “OG” which was very good, and I would def go back for or try another specialty! “I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!“

“I am a regular here at Caffè Nero, and have probably been coming about 5 times a week on average for the past year and a half since moving to Providence, RI. My go to order is a hazelnut oat milk latte and I highly recommended it. They always manage to get the foam perfect even when using milk alternatives which is something I’ve noticed lacks depending on the cafe you go to.

I’ve tried a number of other cafes in the area and the reason I come here over any other is because the lattes are absolutely amazing, the service is even better, and the atmosphere is inviting/cozy. No matter who is working, I know I’ll be met with a friendly smile/chat, an amazing drink, and some delicious food if I was hungry that day.

I can always count on the environment and the staff here when I need to get schoolwork done, stay motivated, and/or have any questions at all. I also utilize a manual wheelchair for everyday life and the staff is always there for any assistance I may need, whether it be carrying my drink to my table or opening a door when my hands are full.

I love being a regular here, and very much recommend anyone in the area looking for a perfect coffee/latte to come check it out. Thank you Caffè Nero for fostering the welcoming environment you have here.“
