“This was my first visit and immediately you can tell the staff is very friendly. The iced coffee with macadamia nut milk was very good. Even better, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast was a 10/10. “Freakin’ awesome coffee & wraps! Stopped over in Providence for a night and this place was across the street and recommended by our host. We had the maple sea salt latte (1 iced, 1 hot with oat milk), breakfast wrap and chorizo & salsa verde wrap. Amazing flavors in everything and made our lazy morning perfect. We’ve already decided it’s our go to place whenever we’re anywhere near Providence. We may even take a detour! It was that good 😊“

“Popped into this café this morning with my family and was pleasantly surprised at their selection of croissants available. Giant gourmet croissants. I had the pistachio croissant and the filling was absolutely delectable, very nice texture and not too sweet. My husband had the chocolate croissant and he said it was delicious. Our little one loved the matcha cookie. My favorite was their iced matcha with almond milk, very nice that they offered matcha! The owner was very kind and you can tell the staff really values their customers’ experience.“

“I went here three times during my five day visit to Providence. Such a charming coffee shop on a quiet New England street. It’s converted from an old house with big windows with a shoe shining service theme indoors, inducing an old school, nostalgic yet trendy flare. The lattes are spectacular and come with a chocolate coin wrapped in gold paper. I bought one of their candles as a last minute gift and they wrapped it for me for no extra charge.“

“Like cafe Nero because they have better food and sandwiches than Starbucks but it's still not like if you're in Italy at a coffee shop the sandwiches and food is even much better in Italy.. these coffee shop and sandwich chains are afraid to be totally like another country like Italy or Spain or Columbia where the best coffee is from so many restaurants try and duplicate Italy with some times they come close but the coffee shops never do they succumb to the basic American palate.. if you haven't been to Europe or other countries then you don't understand what I'm talking about then you must go to see how basic America is with their foreign foods“

They have an extensive menu of hot and cold drinks that I definitely recommend.

If you are a foreigner, you should know that local coffee shops offer you a bar where you can prepare your coffee to your liking, there are different types of sweeteners and also different types of milk.
If you are in Providence and craving coffee, PLEASE don't look for a Starbucks and give Seven Stars a try ? “

“I visited New Harvest Coffee Roasters for the first time last week with my ICED COFFEE Summer Celebration coupon from RI Food Fights. This is my 4th July using these coupons and although I’ve seen the New Harvest coupon in prior years, I never used it. How sad, because it was one of my top 3 coffees this July! I only drink Decaf and the barista was kind enough to make me an Iced Decaf Americano. Delicious. I also snuck a sip of their cold brew (Yumm!) Cant wait to come back here with my husband.“

“I am new in town and decided to go to Seven Stars Bakery for a coffee break. The interior is so beautiful! They have this little outside space to sit and sip. It was beautified with gorgeous plants. The employees were super nice! They recommended that I try lavender cappuccino, and It was AMAZING.
The coffee was warm, not hot, that I usually prefer, and they didn't have WiFi, which was pretty odd. Overall, I loved the vibe of that place!“

“Outstanding Starbucks, with a cool atmosphere, lots of different seating areas (communal table, small tables, armchairs) plus outdoor seating. There's a fireplace, and the usual Starbucks swag shelf -- this one is well stocked. A community bulletin board adds to a positive vibe, but most of all, the baristas slay! They make good drinks and know how to chat and connect with their customers. A lost art! Across the street from cute shops and a bookstore, with a parking lot adjacent.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for the baked goods and breakfast sandwiches, but sadly Starbucks still lacks any vegan options! (Not a fault of this Starbucks, but the whole company. Get on it!)“

“I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!“

“Love Dunkin' on Gano St! I go there almost every week after work for my go-to order of two sesame bagels just sliced, not toasted. Their sesame seed bagels are unmatched! No other Dunkin' in RI even comes close when it comes to them! Always so soft and covered in sesame seeds and always tastes fresh no matter what time of the day it is!“

“Great food and service. I got some boba there and I couldn’t help myself but get another! I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea for my tea lovers out there. Atmosphere was very fitting and calm and the costumers seemed very happy. Clearly a 5 star tea house. Also- very cheap items for low spenders!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here! They seemed very kind and were very helpful peaceful. They did not cause a scene. Take your kids here! It is an amazing place to relax with toddlers!!“

The table was broken. The owner was way more concerned with whether or not my dog was okay than the broken table. Showed me genuine kindness. And the BLT was excellent!“

The pastries are good, but not as fresh as you would expect.“
