“Dunkin’ is my go to for a quick easy coffee and breakfast in the morning. I’ll go to any Dunkin over Starbucks or Honeydew. That being said, service varies from location to location. The service at this Dunkin is very good. Staff are always polite and always get my order right, even when it’s a lot.“

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! She also remembered our orders and was so polite. I would fly back up there just to eat at Shanna's again!“

It was easy to get to, not far off the highway, and parking was available, which made everything convenient right from the start. There was a healthy line when I arrived, which is always a good sign, but there was still plenty of seating. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great setting for a good conversation and productive meeting. “I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. “I love this cozy neighborhood cafe that has been recently reinvented by owner, Jen. The staff is super attentive and kind and the coffee is excellent. Gwenivere is there with a smile and the food and drink menus, clearly carefully curated, have options for everyone. I’m hoping they are around for a long time!“

“As a non-coffee drinker, I’m surprised how frequently I come here. However, their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! I work nearby and will probably gain a few pounds from their great pastries (but it will be worth it). They also have a good juice selection and their staff is super friendly.“

“I am a regular here at Caffè Nero, and have probably been coming about 5 times a week on average for the past year and a half since moving to Providence, RI. My go to order is a hazelnut oat milk latte and I highly recommended it. They always manage to get the foam perfect even when using milk alternatives which is something I’ve noticed lacks depending on the cafe you go to.

I’ve tried a number of other cafes in the area and the reason I come here over any other is because the lattes are absolutely amazing, the service is even better, and the atmosphere is inviting/cozy. No matter who is working, I know I’ll be met with a friendly smile/chat, an amazing drink, and some delicious food if I was hungry that day.

I can always count on the environment and the staff here when I need to get schoolwork done, stay motivated, and/or have any questions at all. I also utilize a manual wheelchair for everyday life and the staff is always there for any assistance I may need, whether it be carrying my drink to my table or opening a door when my hands are full.

I love being a regular here, and very much recommend anyone in the area looking for a perfect coffee/latte to come check it out. Thank you Caffè Nero for fostering the welcoming environment you have here.“

“Freakin’ awesome coffee & wraps! Stopped over in Providence for a night and this place was across the street and recommended by our host. We had the maple sea salt latte (1 iced, 1 hot with oat milk), breakfast wrap and chorizo & salsa verde wrap. Amazing flavors in everything and made our lazy morning perfect. We’ve already decided it’s our go to place whenever we’re anywhere near Providence. We may even take a detour! It was that good 😊“
