The Coffee Grinder is under new ownership and Melanie has done wonders. In the tradition of Ed Duckworth, it has great coffee with modest bagels and pastry selection.

Liked this more than I expected. The windows are metallic tinted making it look closed and dead. This can be counterproductive because I live right there and had 0 idea about this place. So upon entering it's very cozy and the women who are working there are very nice, welcoming and ready to help. There were five of us and we each got a bagel sandwich which sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese. Everyone was happy with their choice.
