It was easy to get to, not far off the highway, and parking was available, which made everything convenient right from the start. There was a healthy line when I arrived, which is always a good sign, but there was still plenty of seating. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great setting for a good conversation and productive meeting. The coffee was good, the bathrooms were clean, and the whole place felt welcoming and well run. “The food / drinks are good and consistent but they need to update their hours. I’ve ordered from them multiple times ahead of time via snackpass because they are “open” and Google says that they are open but when I go to pickup my food the doors are locked and lights are off with no one inside. If you’re trying get food here between 6-8 AM I would go somewhere else. Then, I have to start the claims process with my bank to get my money back which is extra steps I could have avoided if their hours were listed accurately. Otherwise, I’ve have good experiences with them.“

“Honey Dew is like Dunkin's younger sibling. As a native Rhode Islander, I love my HD. They have coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and more.

This particular one is located in a gas station. We needed our coffee fix and my favorite thing on the menu, Willow Tree chicken salad with cheddar cheese on a croissant. Yes it was delicious. The service was good too and you can get gas and other snacks due to it being in a gas station.“

“I am a regular here at Caffè Nero, and have probably been coming about 5 times a week on average for the past year and a half since moving to Providence, RI. My go to order is a hazelnut oat milk latte and I highly recommended it. They always manage to get the foam perfect even when using milk alternatives which is something I’ve noticed lacks depending on the cafe you go to.

I’ve tried a number of other cafes in the area and the reason I come here over any other is because the lattes are absolutely amazing, the service is even better, and the atmosphere is inviting/cozy. No matter who is working, I know I’ll be met with a friendly smile/chat, an amazing drink, and some delicious food if I was hungry that day.

I can always count on the environment and the staff here when I need to get schoolwork done, stay motivated, and/or have any questions at all. I also utilize a manual wheelchair for everyday life and the staff is always there for any assistance I may need, whether it be carrying my drink to my table or opening a door when my hands are full.

I love being a regular here, and very much recommend anyone in the area looking for a perfect coffee/latte to come check it out. Thank you Caffè Nero for fostering the welcoming environment you have here.“
