I won’t say the donuts were fresh or this was the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. It’s in an airport where they’re slammed, I have realistic expectations. What I will say is the woman taking my order and the other woman making our orders were working their butts off! And honestly, that’s all I can ask for. So thank you!
The cranky ladies behind the counter are hilarious. It’s entertainment while waiting in line. Totally rude to me. I just wanted a little butter on my muffin and forgot to ask until after I paid. Was told I should have asked when paying and said “Next!”. Then I asked the other cranky lady in the back and she said “you didn’t order it!”. Lmao I just gave it back and laughed it off. I actually prefer the attitude to the hyper fake emotionless customer services narrative.
I used to work this location for 3 years before switching. ive seen alot of bad reviews as of late, and a big decrease in the review score of this place but i want to say just this. hang in there employees, my regulars were amazing, seeing so much culture in the airport was phenomenal. hang in there, if i could make it i have faith that with a little effort you can make this place amazing again!
