GFI used to have the best turkey club. And chicken soup. Not anymore. They’re using cheap precut dry turkey and cubed chicken instead of the more fresh roasted meat thy used to have. Don’t order the club. I ate 1/4 of the club and am tossing the rest. Quality just isn’t there. Will be telling the new owners directly too.

One star that's all it is. If you are hungry and want edible over priced food and alcohol. My food was barley warm and most stuff was processed food reheated. The waitress was very unprofessional. Telling us we should take our food or eat it because she got the order wrong blamed me and we didn't want any of it after trying it and eating as much as we wanted. Will absolutely never go back. Go to the grocery store and save yourself the money and bad experience.

Even though it was lunch time. I had the smallest piece of fish I ever had.

The food is consistently good quality and quantity is generous. The kitchen does a great job. The service is solid. I eat here often and highly recommend it.

We've been to and ordered from Governor Francis many times. Tonight, we ordered pickup. I ordered the LARGE baked stuffed sole served with lobster bisque, soup, pilaf and steamed broccoli.
The sides were good, but I'm very disappointed with the stuffed sole. The fish wrapped around the stuffing was so thin, I couldn't taste it. There is way too much stuffing and not enough fish.

My family of 10 had dinner there tonight (9/22). Our waitress was great. I believe most everyone’s meal was fine. I had eggplant parm. Not exactly sure what caused my red sauce to have an aftertaste but I was a bit disappointed.

It's been awhile since I've been here and very disappointed. Ordered a margarine with Patron and when I checked the bill, I guess a regular one was 8 dollars and they charged another 8 dollar for Patron. Also the small portion Chicken Parm sandwich was same exact price as the full order that came with soup and fries!!! How does that make sense??? Found it frustrating! Won't be back.Very disappointed
