Went here early morning before a flight. It was like walking into the twilight zone. The man at the desk just stares at you. The breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock! No joke! And the dining area has a hole in the ceiling tile with asbestos falling out of it. The counter guy couldn’t even crack a smile nor speak. It really was a strange place.

Comparable to many of the 4 Star eateries throughout Rhode Island! The chefs "put their hearts" into what they present and the food is tasty, beautifully displayed and very tasty!

The food is delicious, friendly service.Even though Libations is located inside of the Radisson hotel it is open to the Public and is not hotel food. The chef'stakes pride in preparing and plating your food.

There was no beverage menu at a restaurant called "Libations". That's insane. The service was terribly slow, taking over 45 minutes for home made potato chips. The wait staff did not know what beer was available. My pizza was definitely made from a prepacked dough that was dense and not at all chewy. The rest of my party enjoyed their food when it arrived, so I'll give it 2 stars

We came here on a Friday night. Place looked empty so we were a little skeptical about eating here, but decided to give it a try. We ordered the scallop BLT salad as an app. It was delicious. Scallops cooked perfectly served with a wonderfully dressed salad and crostini. I ordered the lobster roll sandwich and my wife got the Turkey club. Both were great. Really full sandwich with full claw meat and a light dressing. The fries however were the standout. Crisp and seasoned perfectly. We couldn't get enough of them. The service was great and friendly. Unfortunately for me we were too full to have any dessert. Definitely will be back. Oh... and the prices were really reasonable.

best lobster roll to date, thought i might not be great for $14. wrong best so far like in boston. lots of whole meat, lite mayo, no celery, buttery roll. good fries, and slaw. dont know why slaw is so small. had ne lobster chowder. thin not thick, total $23. had similar down the road for lunch, good but they use ice berg and here it is leaf, makes a difference. opens 4pm, noise bar, small dinning area, service us bar oriented so waiting can be far in betwewn

Looking for something different that would be quiet and easy to get in and out of on a Friday. The restaurant menu didn't resemble the one online. The waitress was ok but kept telling everyone how she was normally a bartender and just filling in as a waitress. Not because she was doing a poor job of it because there were only a handful of other priorities. It was more like she was embarrassed. Food was so so and drink menu dated but after dinner we decided to have a drink at the bar. I asked the bartender if she had a specialty that wasn't on the menu. She did and it was delicious! Not a bad place to go for drinks and a bite.

This restaurant is in the Radisson hotel so it is convenient if you are staying at the hotel. The food was average.

I have never had a bad meal here (we travel here once to twice a year every year). I eat at Libations WILLINGLY over the 'up-scale' restaurant next door. The menu seems to change each time, but I imagine it's based on what's fresh because I have never had a meal there that tasted bland or not fresh. The wings were ON POINT. The Scallop BLT salad had huge generous chunks of bacon and panchetta and many medium sized seared scallops, it's kind of amazing what they were able to provide/made for the price they sell it for. This time they had a specialty cocktail menu, tried 3 of the drinks and bartender knocked it out of the park. Never tasted anything like it.

I had breakfast at Libations after an overnight stay. I was not greeted promptly, but as there was only one server, I understood. However, I ordered orange juice and tea with lemon and had to wait 15 minutes to receive either. Breakfast was very good (meat lover's omelet excellent), but I had to wait again to order and then to receive my check. I found out after that he was a new server. In that case, a more senior server should have been on with him as the restaurant was quite busy.
