10/17/25 My daughter had her choice of restaurants and she chose Newport Creamery. Arrived at 5:45 pm and was told to sit wherever we liked. We sat at the counter with another customer. We were there 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. At least 4 different employees passed and made eye contact but not one stopped to ask if we were all set. The manager also passed us numerous times even stopping to help the customer on the side of us and still ignored our existence. We ended up just leaving and headed somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location so I felt obligated to leave this review.

Very minimal effort at this establishment… hands down probably the worst NPC… you can’t really mess up ice cream so that’s not bad but everything else is a disaster they throw back cold fries into fryer thinking you won’t notice

This location has been the most accommodating newport creamery i've ever been to. A group of us showed up unannounced with a very large order and were greeted with very helpful and quick service. Definitely recommend this Newport Creamery!!!!

We showed up unannounced with a group of 50 camp counselors ! We were unable to call ahead but all the staff were so patient and kind and got our orders out in such an efficient manner! It was an awful good experience all around :)

they brought back awful awful Mondays this summer 🩷 I kinda wish they'd continue it throughout the year even if they did it just one day a month during the off months. I'd love to see the number of people who will stand outside in 20 degree weather along with me 😅
