We went there very hungry and at that time of night it was not busy at all because of the service we had we was there almost 2hrs was not happy at all we should of got up and left and went to the restaurant across the street we will not be going there again at thus location

Our first time at this location! Always been to the Cranston and providence locations. But their service is always slow and our food is always cold regardless if we dine or get takeout. This location the staff is very attentive and considerate. She checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Our food was served in a timely manner and was served hot! Highly recommend!

Shrinkflation has hit NC hard. Sundae cups are smaller, portions are smaller, cups are smaller all while charging $9+ for a 3 scoop sundae. Gave the restaurant a 4 star rating because its clearly corporate mandates rather than an issue with this location. For a family of 5 the bill for ice cream came to $37.64 before tip. Yes It's sadly getting harder and harder to justify the cost when you can get a half gallon at the market for $5 not even on sale. Service was excellent,...
