My sandwich was an oxymoron the bread was beyond dry and the chicken was actually soggy! It was supposed to have maple butter on it if it did i didnt see/taste it. Couldn't eat

I go to a lot of Starbucks, and they never get my order wrong. I went to the one inside Lincoln Target, and she forgot my Java chips, but it won't stop me from going to a Starbucks, maybe not this one for a while.

This is the closest starbucks to us, and we have had quite a few issues over the past year... the latest one being the most uncomfortable... I order on the app quite often and my husband and I order in store as well....today, my husband and I went in, ordered our usual coffees and a male employee came over and said hello to me (and called me by my name), then proceeded to look directly at my husband and said "I don't know you or your name"Let me just say that if you don't think that is disrespectful you can kindly see yourself out of this review, but if you're a man, or a woman with a husband im almost 100% that ANY MAN would feel exactly the way my husband did. You may think you are being nice or polite, but you don't see the other side of that and how rude and unprofessional you seem. Maybe my thinking is a little outdated, but if you're going to approach someone with their spouse, it's common courtesy to introduce yourself to THE MALE SPOUSE FIRST, TO AVOID DISRESPECT AND FURTHER ISSUES. Making people feel singled out is never going to generate positive feedback. I hope this gets through to you, and people realize how uneeded situations like this was.

I ordered on the app; my sandwich was ready before my coffee, my coffee was half full and made completely wrong, everyone working was rude and didn’t acknowledge anyone standing there. Can’t be charging customers a lot of money for a coffee and a sandwich when the bacon is raw and the coffee is half full. Should be ashamed of yourself!

Asked for a simple small coffee with French vanilla syrup. I was given a black coffee with a side cup, abt 2 T worth, of 2% milk. I asked upon receiving my order if their was French vanilla syrup in my coffee as I was given a side cup of, ? whuch was unknown to me at that time.She assured me there was.Not only did I wait 20 min., I had driven away, was stopped at a red light to then take notice to the huge error. Thank you Starbucks for your nasty coffee this morning! Pay attention!

Closest Starbucks to us. Go here few times a month, usually to have a cup while we run errands. Don't think I've ever been to a busier location. Drinks are usually never an issue but food items seem to always take an extra minute so patience at the ready here. Wish they could make it bigger with some more staff, they need the help.

This location needs to treat the customers better, there is no over hang to stop the rain from blowing in your face when placing your order in the drive through and there is alson so over hang at the window. The first thing cashier said at the window is "let me give you some napkins to dry up" the continues to say "Everyone complains about this" . We pay TOP Dollar for your products, spend some money for a more pleasant experience!! Enough is enough.

I ordered an iced pumpkin latte in my own cold starbucks cup.Imagine my surprise when I sipped a hot drink.I left.Checked my receipt and I had ordered iced. Brought it back and explained what happened.Said it would be remade,no apology and now the drink is watered down..If I had to guess, some was dumped, water added and ice added.Very disappointed. Paying over $6 for a drink.

They never know my order when I'm at the window, today they didn't put cold foam or extra milk in my drink but they put alot of cinnamon in top of a black coffee, which if their coffees werent 4$ and 1.25 for cold foam it'd be whatever. theres no parking in that lot whatsoever , i had to walk in the pouring rain feet SOAKED to get inside from a whole different parking lot, i will take the extra 10 minute drive to the greenwich ave starbucks for sure

Tried a pumpkin spice latte for the first time ever because who isn't. Very tasty. Looks like they have a lot of other good options here. My buddy and I each got some sort of vanilla cold brew drink for free while waiting inside for the pumpkin lattes because of some sort of mix up with a drive thru order I think. Would have been tossed otherwise. Maybe I should stop by more often.
