We are regular customers. The owners have created a comfy atmosphere and the food is amazing. We love the wait staff and Jess behind the bar is fantastic. Jess is very creative and she is beyond dedicated to the customer and 100% satisfaction. So food and variety is above expectation. Service from the bar staff and wait staff is also above expectations. The bar and wait staff keep us coming back. We enjoy chatting and being a part of this place. The Tavolo meatball is my favorite along with beet salad. The short rib melts in your mouth, my husband loves the filet with an egg. The one thing I must warn you of is the manager named Bill. He is condescending to women and on numerous occasions I have observed him, personally, attacking the bar staff verbally. He picks on Jess in particular and it concerns me. Last night he threatened to fire her because she defended a customers complaint about the brownie dessert...it was dry hockey puck old stale. He spoke under his breath to the customer as well and when called out on that he proceeded to stand and give death stares to the customer and Jess behind the bar. The man is menacing and I don't care to continually hear how he has been in the business 30 years! The manners of treating people 30 years ago don't cut it today. Treating women like 2nd class citizens also not good. A customer should never see a manager threaten an employee with termination used as a tactic to shame them into submission! A customer should also not be stared at in a threatening manner, WE WILL NOT GO BACK AS LONG AS BILL IS THERE. ALL SET. As a woman, I find him beyond offensive. Such a shame...really nice place being ruined by Bill.

Restaurant is cozy and spacious, staff is friendly, I showed up shortly after opening and was a little apprehensive but everything went well. I do highly recommend the vodka sauce, unsure how anyone could assume their sauce is jarred if you can cook sauce that isn’t in a jar you’d understand that’s not the case. Portion sizes are hefty and price is reasonable. Simply put my dish actually exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. Would and will eat here again.

Gnocchi Ala Vodka (I forget what they call it) is fantastic. Perfect texture and sauce tastes made, not jar sauce. Atmosphere is comfy and easy to enjoy a meal.

I wanted to like it more than I did. A great bet arugula salad. But the pasta faggioli soup was so unremarkable, I didn’t eat it. The waiter did take it off my bill. Some dishes were great like the eggplant rollatini was very good but over all just average.

The food was excellent. We had and order of fried calamari to start. I had their patron grand margarita which was excellent. I enjoyed their sirloin frites and a side of crispy Brussel sprouts. There was a children's sports party that was starting when we almost done eating which made the noise level go up substantially. It wasn't that bad but if you wanted to go there for quiet meal, that wasn't the time. The waitress was excellent and came around a few times to see if we needed anything. We will definitely go back.

We had an enjoyable time and dinner here last evening. The menu was great and the food we ordered was delicious. The entire party of 5 really liked their meal. We will definitely come back and probably on a Tuesday for Wine night.

Pasta sauce tasted like it came from a jar. Olive oil tasted like canola oil. Pesto pasta was all oil no pesto had very odd flavor. Worst food I have had at an Italian restaurant. Bread was decent, cute atmosphere.

We choose to go to Tavalo to celebrate my daughter's graduation. There were 9 of us so when I saw a special advertising a 3 course meal with lots of options for $19 I was sold. After booking on Open Table they even sent me a proposed bill of under $200, excluding drinks and extras. When we got there they gave us the dinner menu and said the advertised special only applied to Sundays and Mondays. The food and environment was great but I felt deceived. Our bill was $450.

My husband and I took my mother who is 93 and my niece there for dinner last night. The service was wonderful and the food could not have been better. Everyone enjoyed their meal and dessert. Kudos to your chef and staff!

Went for the Happy Hour specials, wasn't very impressed with the food. The Meatball sliders were a disappointment, a small meatball put between 2 big pieces of the bread you serve with the oil...not quiet what I call a sliders for $8.00 and the fries & pizza were just mediocre. And $7.00 for a Micholob Ultra is outrageous.

I made a reservation and even though the restaurant was rather empty, we were seated at a table by the kitchen. The server seemed like he did not want to be there, and was not engaging which made for a very uncomfortable vibe. We had to flag him down for additional beverages. The food had little flavor and was overpriced. We will not be returning.
