The Brook Kitchen + Bar, located inside The LOOM hotel, is a wonderful restaurant with a comfy, clean atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are super friendly and attentive, making the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The food is tasty, delicious, and fresh, with good portions. Everything is outstanding, made from scratch in house with quality ingredients and real attention to detail.
For breakfast, the pancakes are fluffy and huge. The Eggs Benedict and the Crab Cake Benedict are the best, featuring thick Canadian Bacon, excellent Hollandaise, and a light sauce with a hint of Sirracha. Other dishes include a great pecan salad, Caesar salad, perfectly cooked salmon, and a standout braised short rib ravioli. The restaurant also offers amazing drink flights like a tequila flight. The beautiful patio is ideal for summer months. The location is right across the street from a big mall. It is a wonderful experience and a place to definitely visit again.
