Very nice atmosphere. Tried the fried squash which was deep fried and greasy and not great. Would not recommend. I had the salmon which was good and my wife had the shrimp and grits which was also good but not great
It's the second time recently that we've dined at the Shelter Harbor Inn. The food was great! We had the same waitress both times, and she was great too! They have a nice selection of entrees, really good salads, wines and cocktails. The atmosphere is quite nice. We ate in the bar, which can be a bit loud. The room with the fireplace looks nice. We're looking forward to going back.
Perfect spot for a chilly evening. We sat near the fire and the atmosphere charming. The staff is always delightful, flexible, and professional. We enjoyed the calamari, sweet potato nests, and salmon. Yum!
