Jersey Mike's Subs offers a crazy good experience with kind and professional staff who go above and beyond for customers. The Westerly location is clean and stands out from other shops in town. Customers appreciate the delicious buffalo chicken grinders made by Kyla, who provides excellent service. A young man named Patrick was great with food allergies, making sure everything was safe. The young man with a beard and the one with glasses were super nice and paid attention to details, making the sandwich an art. However, some staff need better training, like not putting order slips inside sandwiches. The manager with ear plugs seemed annoyed and unfriendly, which can ruin the experience. Despite this, the sandwiches are still delicious, making it a must-visit for great food and mostly friendly staff.
