Hands down best fish and chips I've ever had. I'm still sitting here eating it and had to share how awesome this place is. Their service is so down to earth, on point like a well oil machine. Thank you Garrett for your service. You were great. I hope the owner is proud of their employees and the food and drinks they bring out. Its amazing. Service sucks I ordered a flavor of wings they came out wrong. Then they took the. They were gone for 30 seconds the child came back down with them and said here you go they rinsed them off And put the correct sauce in them! I told the server and she proceeded to say that’s right will be the last dollars I ever spend at this place.

Celebrated my birthday here and it was phenomenal! Great atmosphere, everyone raved about the food , FOH and BOH staff are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend if you’re looking to plan an event . I will definitely be a repeat customer.💜

Place was extremely busy, and woefully understaffed. Food was top notch bar fare. Just wish they had more staff, they could have really made even more money. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for another beer. Once we were finally able to order food. It was pretty quick coming out, but again, a long wait for another round of drinks.

Came here for a wedding party and had the best time! Pooch’s is huge and we had the entire bottom floor for our party! There’s also a nice outside area with view of pawcatuck river. The drinks were so creative and our server was very attentive. Great place for large group gatherings! Difficult parking though.
