Pooch's is the new version of the much loved Matled Barley on High St in Westerly. The taps are still there, they open all three floors just like before. They even kept some key staff, so if you need a little recommendation on the tap list fear not! I can't vouch for the new kitchen, but overall I felt very much at home... just like I did before 😪
I came to the area for a soccer tournament and called Pooch's with 3 days notice inquiring if they could accommodate a group of ~35. I assumed no one would be able to assist given the size of group and limited notice, but not only did the Maria call me back within 30 minutes of my call, but was so kind in offering us a private space and provided flexibility in timing, if needed.

Yall!!! Spend your money here!! The food- AMAZING. service- incredibly personable and welcoming. Atmosphere- exciting. Pricing - so reasonable! My family and I were vacationing here for a week and visited twice and ordered take out our final night for a third visit.
