So I am a frequent Dunkin drinker. I actually don't drink coffee. I get the Dunkin refreshers. I used to always go to the location closest to my home in Lincoln, but they had a turnover on staffing and between it's either a long line or stuff isn't made right I had to find myself a new location. So I now go to this location. Can I tell you the staff is so friendly so welcoming they've gotten my order right every single time. I was having a great day, I was looking forward to getting Dunkin on my way to work, I had a night shift. I went to Dunkin about 6:47 pm 13 minutes before closing time. As soon as I pulled up, the lady seemed unfriendly and Wasn’t really friendly at the drive-through when I ordered. I simply ordered an iced Matcha latte with cold foam. Which was a medium.
