The best Dominican food in Rhode Island. As a Jersey City, NJ native, it’s been hard to find amazing food (comparatively) since I mixed to New England 7 years ago, but this place… is just as good as all my favorite spots back home. I love it. Try the pernil if you’re not sure what to get. But everything is good!
First time to visit and was excited to see food I love, so close to my house. However, the service was disappointing, the female staff that I interacted with seemed annoyed that I couldn’t speak Spanish so I had a difficult time picking from what was available. I just ended up picking whatever just to get out of there. Do I love the food? Yes. Will I come back? Most likely, but I need to get over the first experience.
