Always awesome. No matter what you get it is great. They also have special drinks like the scorpion bowl. Food is hot and always fresh.

My friend and I left the Coventry weekly lunch spot because of Jason the bartender, started going to Richmond and the food was great but suddenly he had been moved to that location. He’s ruined every experience we’ve had. ONE time she had asked for extra peppers and I very politely said there was literally one green pepper, instantly aggravated him and he proceeded to clearly stomp to the kitchen and nuke a dish of just peppers and slammed on the bar and walked away. Not only did he take it out on us but also a very sweet waitress. Well let’s just say he did NOT forget us. Screamed in the kitchen and slammed things. The food is really good but will not go back as long as he is working.

Didn't see any dragons but it was a great time!
We're visiting from out of state. We are actually accustomed to Chinese food that is at least warm, has flavor and is made by real Chinese employees. My Hong Shel Gai which is supposed to have battered and stir fried chicken with vegetables in a slightly sweet sauce was disgusting. How do you have a dish where the veggies and sauce are barley warm, with the chicken still refrigerator cold and soggy? Totally tasteless, bland dish. Chicken fried rice is horrible; it was cold too. All 5 orders, yes, over $80 worth of food, not a single dish was even warm, eggrolls were cold and soggy flavorless. After a few bites, I tossed my order, my mother-in-law tossed hers, daughter in law tossed her sesame chicken. After a few bites, all the orders were thrown out. Overall, I should drive back down there and make them eat this extremely expensive garbage. BTW, order was picked up within 15 minutes of ordering, and a 10-minute ride back to mother in laws house, not enough time for the orders to be as stale and barley warm. Absolute worst Chinese food all 5 of us have ever tried to eat. Very expensive trash can tonight. So you know I'm legit, order number was #1080189679 dated 8/30/2025, at 5:29pm
Always a delight dining here! I live in Connecticut and drive out to Richmond just to eat here. Best crab Rangoon I've ever had. The quality of all the food is great and so is the service!

Consistantly excellent food.
Never do they get it right.
Always forgetting something.
The shrimp fried rice was the second worst I have ever had. First it was black rice too much soy sauce or what dried bland and the shrimp were dry and overcooked. I was shocked as previous reviews said the food here was good. I will not go back money wasted not happy. If you can't make fried rice good then there's no point trying anything else.
Good local chinese/sushi place
