Yummy shakes and teas. Every flavor I've tried is good and they have monthly special flavors. The owner is friendly, helpful and talkative. Nicely decorated for the seasons and it's always clean and inviting.
Great meal replacement protein shakes, energizing teas, protein waffles, muffins and protein coffees. Definitely make the time to stop in. Many great options for everyone’s taste. Shakes are under 300 calories but taste great! Staff in friendly and knowledgeable.Highly Recommend.

Super cute place! Went in for the first time today- the owner and her son were so incredibly warm and welcoming! I had the King Kong, which tastes like a rich peanut butter ice cream with the perfect amount of sweetness. I can't recommend it enough!
