“After a horrendous experience at the Applebee's up the street, we arrived hungry and desperate for a quick dinner at 7:30pm on a Sunday night. We told the man who took our order that we had just waited over an hour at Applebee's for food that never arrived. He assured us that our experience would far surpass the Applebee's ordeal. He didn't lie and delivered prompt, perfectly cooked food to my family!! Big shout out for excellent customer service, which is why we happily rang the bell on the way out!!“

“This location is right down the road from my parents' house, and they are in the process of moving, so there isn't a lot of food in their house. I decided to order using their app, and I used a 20% off coupon. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, one burger, two ranch wraps, a side of fries, and mozzarella sticks, and it ended up being $37.38. We did not get any drinks. I will be honest- for fast food, that is a lot of money, especially because I used a coupon! The deluxe burger was the most expensive item at around $9, and the person who ate it said it was not good. There was no flavor and it was very mediocre. When I asked everyone else how their food was, they all had the same sentiment about their items. I had a chicken sandwich with no tomato and a side of mozzarella sticks. Arby's has really good mozzarella sticks, and they are thick and go well with the marinara sauce. The chicken sandwich was good, too. I liked the lettuce and the mayo, and thought that the chicken on it tasted good. However, at around $5, it was a little pricey for the size and quality. Overall, I enjoyed my food items and our order was prepared quickly, so I am thankful for that.“
