“Last night, I messed up an online order. When I got home, I realized it and having 2 sick little ones, I was ready to cry. Although I was at fault, I called and spoke to Nina. She was so understanding and helped me out. Because of her, I will continue going there for all our chicken meals. The others lost my patronage as long as she works there.“

True old fashioned hospitality. He is a unique asset that can't be duplicated. I am glad that I ate inside for once. I look forward to seeing him again.

“11/22/25 @ 4:54pm...We paid another visit to this KFC(Church St Conway, SC). This KFC always seems to be one of the cleanest we've been to. The staff is always cleaning the tables, sweeping the floor and picking up the trays.
The Crew at this Location is always welcoming and pleasant. I have to give a shout out to the crew tonight: Dest, Britt, Evan, K & Kelli. They were great on this night.
Our food looked good, hot and was fresh. Sometimes you go-to a restaurant and you can just tell the items have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
Kudos to this KFC especially it's staff. Keep up the great work!“

“This is the CCU campus CF. Smaller operation but they do great here. It's summer so not that busy. With that I have seen groups of visitors rally in and this team gives it 100 percent. Staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. After you receive your meal you have a large seating area using the campus "food court".Be prepared during active semesters here that this is a smaller CF. There may be a wait but it's not from a lack of effort or performance of the staff“

“Great service, great food. I enjoyed my breakfast burrito, which honestly seemed a little bigger than most other locations make.

I also ordered a couple lunch boxes for a meeting.

Service was excellent from one of the newer younger ladies and someone who I assumed was a manager. Zero complaints from the outside in.“

“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

Atmosphere was clean, tidy, and very presentable; even the bathrooms were spotless!

But the customer service was exceptional!!!

This is hands down the best run KFC franchise between Tampa, Fl, Atlanta, GA; up to Harrisonburg, VA and as far west as Dallas Texas!!!“
