“I am particular about my coffee, and I’ve experienced inconsistencies at various Dunkin’ locations. However, this location consistently prepares my order perfectly. I typically order a large French vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and light ice, along with either a Wake-Up Wrap or the maple bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The attention to detail and quality at this location have made it my preferred choice.

“Amazing customer service after attempting to order a white chocolate chia latte at the store on Pelham and having a really bad experience on Pelham (they made me a chai latte, but refused to give me the white chocolate chai after saying it wasn’t a thing, and giving rude looks at me) I called this store on woodruff and I explained what happen and they offered to correct the order for me (I paid for the additional white chocolate syrup added, which I didn’t mind)! I was welcomed from the minute I walked in with a smile, they immediately engaged in conversation with me and apologized for the prior store! They made me feel welcomed from the start and made my experience so much better! I think they did an amazing job handling this! Sierra and Sarge (sounded like Sargent) were amazing! They deserve all the praise! As someone who use to work in customer service these two are a great example of amazing customer service!“

“I dont understand liking Starbucks. If someone brought it to my home I wouldn't drink it. Especially when Dunkin Donuts is here! The best coffee hands down. Who can resist a Boston cream donut. Iced chocolate on one side, but the middle is Boston Cream it oozes out as you eat it. It's like vanilla pudding on steroids. It was voted the most popular donut a few years back.“

“went back this morning and finally some people that dont look dirty and look like drug addicts. the last few white males that worked there were not presentable . they just hire anybody these days. it was refreshing to see a clean person this morning. the little white girl was so clean and nice! i used to pull off once i seen the staff. hire cleaner people! its better for business“
