Went for brunch on Sunday, waitress Abbie was amazing, but my French toast was burnt on the outside, and completely cold and raw on the inside, the bread is too thick, I don't recommend getting it

We were a table of four. My brother and wife ate there a week before said it was good. Went there 31st November for brunch about 11 am. Server was meek and could not answer questions. Ordered lemon chicken #1, pimento cheese sandwich #2, Monte Carlos sandwich #3, pork chop#4. #1 was so small, we have never seen a breast so small pimento cheese was cold in the middle, Monte carlo was supposed to be tempora, was cut in quarters and so breaded couldn't eat a quarter, pork chop was thick and tough. Fries and onion rings were carried across the restauraunt in large commercial bags where we could plainly see not homeade. Brussel sprout side dish was so sweet and over cooked left on plate. What happened? Where was the chef?
$100.00 dollars for a really bad meal. Left a $20.00 tip to a young meek waitress understanding everyone has to start somewhere. Good luck to her for experience there.

Day trip to Abbeville, definitely best restaurant around for miles. Everything delicious. Had the bourbon pork chop, cooked perfectly. Corn maque choux us a must have. Alligator bites, great sauce. Dessert was gone in seconds.

Delicious Sunday Brunch with complimentary Mimosas and Bloody Marys! The pimento cheese, succulent brisket, and spicy Cajun grits were amazing!

The food is delicious! Excellent service too. From the porterhouse pork chops to the agave salmon, everything was amazing and priced well. We will be eating there again soon!

First time visiting while in town with family, and we were so impressed! The food was delicious, the portions were perfect, and everyone was super friendly. You can tell they really care about their customers.
The place has a great vibe — relaxed but still feels special. We all left happy (and full!). Definitely adding this spot to my list for next time I’m in town.

Absolutely amazing place! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was phenomenal, and it's a really cozy, fun atmosphere. Our server, McKenzie(?)(blue nails and ghost clips in her braid) was very sweet and attentive, awesome energy! The chef and her team absolutely nailed everything at our table, too. Probably the best food I've had in awhile. Definitely will be coming back if I'm up this way again!

I ordered the blackened pork chop dinner. It was an inch thick and the juiciest pork chop I’ve even had. I was amazed!

Stopped by for takeout Friday since we weren't able to eat in. The food was wonderful even after the trip home! Creamed collards, balsamic bacon brussel sprouts, salmon with rice and buttermilk fried chicken! Yum! I can hardly wait until we are able to actually have a sit down dinner at Indigenous Underground! On a side note: kudos to the staff and chef for braving heat due to an AC unit break down! I hope landlords will realize the importance of keeping the business community in our historic town in well maintained buildings. We have a wonderful town full of hardworking small business owners!
