Hard time saying which was better, food or service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Not just the rehearsed impersonal greeting, but a warm welcome. I felt like they were happy I was there. When I started eating I was happy I was there also. I had the Soul Rolls and Shrimp and Grits. The Soul Rolls were great, but I had came for the S&G. Shrimp and Grits are my favorite dish, and I try to find them everywhere I go. They absolutely nailed it. They add goat cheese....
Lunch on a hot Friday in Abbeville. I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had a southwest salad. The food was superb. Best shrimp and grits I have ever had and my wife's salad was so tasty she didn't add the dressing. Our waitress was the perfect balance of southern hospitality without being too much. Absolutely loved this place.
Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday Brunch this morning. I had the bacon pimento cheese burger and my wife had the brisket and grits special. Fantastic food that was as good as, or better than, what you’d find in Charleston.
