Lunch on a hot Friday in Abbeville. I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had a southwest salad. The food was superb. Best shrimp and grits I have ever had and my wife's salad was so tasty she didn't add the dressing. Our waitress was the perfect balance of southern hospitality without being too much. Absolutely loved this place.
Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday Brunch this morning. I had the bacon pimento cheese burger and my wife had the brisket and grits special. Fantastic food that was as good as, or better than, what you’d find in Charleston.
After seeing a segment on PBS on the restaurant, I specifically went for the Collard Greens and Black Eye Peas Egg Roll. It did not disappoint....outstanding.

We went late afternoon, so there wasn't a crowd yet, but they had plenty of staff and our server was great. If I remember correctly, I think her name is Kiana.

Others in our part had Pork Chops which they also said were good. I had a Beyond Burger with fries (vegetarian meal).
