Curly fries were ice cold and stale. Their new steak and cheese was a joke the steak was dry and tastless to the point it was almost inefible. The sauce was not to be found as well as the cheese and peppers. I will not buy this again

Got up to the window at 10 o’clock. They acted like they did not want to be here. The cashier at the drive-through window stayed on her phone for a few minutes before finally opening the window and was on her phone the whole time food tasted like it’s been sitting there for a while Just all around bad experience.

Food was hot, fresh, and got it super fast. Staff was super nice. I was going to make an online order while my family ordered in store so I could use a coupon. They let me know it would come out way after my family's and honored my coupon at the register so it would come out together.
I got a French dip which was delicious and it made my family want some dip so they went to buy some and they just gave them 2 cups for free.

We waited in the line at the order mic/menu for over 10mins on a Tuesday at 11:20-11:30am 11/25/24
After no response to my wife’s multiple attempts at speaking into the mic requesting service, she pulled to the window as 3-4 waiting vehicles drive by…leaving without being able to make their order and likely late on their lunch break. We did finally have an employee open the window at the register area. Her reply to our issue…
“Oh, my bad…just drive around and get back in line, we will get it.”
Good luck with Arby’s, the prices are bad enough, but add this pathetic example of training and professionalism. It is only going to deteriorate and these wages you want raised…? Give your customers (those aggravating people that pay your check) the service that matches the pay and stop with the entitled agenda. Earn it or leave! Bye Felicia!

I went here 2 days ago and the cup on the left was a large drink. Today they told me that the new large size is the cup on the right. So your paying $3.29 for a small drink, which is essentially a 12oz can of soda, they are selling as a large. $3.29 for a 12oz can of soda, will never go to Arby's again.

Wish I could give this service 0 stars. Sit in the drive through waiting to order for over 20min.drive to window to get someone to take my order and they have an attitude about it. Out of Arby’s sauce at Arby’s. Best thing that could happen is they shut this place down or find someone worth working here. Arby’s should be ashamed of this raggedy excuse of a fast food restaurant that was also just remodeled.

Our location in Aiken was just remodeled and it looks great! However, after our experience tonight I can see they did not give the employees a remodel. Customer service is still garbage! Ordered through the app and when my husband arrived the lady asked him did he have an online order. After she proceeds to tell him they do not have what was ordered, she gets the manager and the manager says she can not refund him. After a staring contests and an attitude from her, she offers things we didn't order to "replace" what we did order. My husband just walks out. I had to call another store in another town to ask them what does a customer do if they order through the app and the store does not have it. Nobody should have to call another location to get the information needed! These managers and employees working under them are not properly trained. I don't care how good the outside looks the service is still lacking! Also why are the employees, especially a manager, not wearing name tags?!?!
