Cashier was extremely rude, no greeting and gave an attitude from the jump. wish i could give their name but of course could not get a receipt as it would make her do a little bit of work. if you don’t like your job, find a new one.

Received food, potatoes looked like grease soaked sponges. When I asked for crinkle cut fries I got curly. Then I was told the potatoe cakes are greasy because they came out of the greasy. No napkins, using paper towel rolls that were for the restroom.

Was in drive thru for 10 min. Nobody came on to ask us to hold on or take our order. When I pull up to the windows there was nobody there.... customer service stinks now a days

The Arby's at this location is horrible, the employees are rude and give attitude over simple questions. Came at 730pm and wanted to order a tea and was told that they aren't doing tea because they aren't making anymore tonight. The fries were not fresh as you can tell they were sitting for a while. It is sad that a once respected place has gone down hill and the employees do not care.

Ordered Steak Nugget Bowl. The Mac n cheese was COLD, like it just came out of the refrigerator. There were no crispy onion strings. Very disappointed.

The district manager and hiring manager were 2 of the best people I had an experience with. Very helpful and very patient. Can say the same for everyone but those two 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Curly fries were ice cold and stale. Their new steak and cheese was a joke the steak was dry and tastless to the point it was almost inefible. The sauce was not to be found as well as the cheese and peppers. I will not buy this again
