Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".
When you put on order in online check it before leaving the store otherwise you could have the wrong order and they don’t care
