We hired Blue Collard to cater a company event at our home and couldn’t have been happier. Never having hired a caterer before Shannon was incredibly helpful when we placed the order, she offered great advice on what to serve and the quantities. Christian handled delivery and setup perfectly. The food was so good our guests went back for multiple helpings! We would absolutely use Blue Collard again.
A solid process from start to finish. Shannon was extremely responsive throughout the weeks leading up to the event, and the on-site staff were professional, detail-oriented, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.
When my future DIL and son decided to get married in Aiken, I reached out to her aunt for suggestions on who to use for catering since I am not from the area. I was blown away by the food, the customer service, and their kindness.
