Blue Collard is wonderful!! Christian and his staff are amazing!! Shannon was very helpful from the start to the finish!! Christian always goes to the extreme to make sure everything is perfect!! And our event was awesome!!!

Blue Collard Catering was fantastic to work with—Super responsive and very accommodating! They went above and beyond by making arrangements for an early pickup, which really helped with our schedule.The wraps and salads were fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared in corporate lunch boxes for Teacher Appreciation Week. Everyone loved the food! I highly recommend Blue Collard Catering for any event or corporate catering needs!
