Ordered food online, got here at 5pm, finally got the food at 5:45pm, it was all cold, so had them redo it since ain't nobody else waiting, and still sitting here over an hour later. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Went through the drive-thru asked to pull over to wait on food. Just to get food that was not good after the fact. My Impossible Burger had fresh toppings but the plant-based patty was very dry. The menu said $6 and odd change but I was charged $8.99 which would have been fine if it was good. The guy from the drive-thru explained that the menu was wrong and that they were all new but he was in a hurry to get back inside still trying to take orders on the headset. So I said ok thank you. As he was walking away. My fries were lukewarm and too salty. My husband's onion rings were not cooked fully. So yes we were disappointed when we got to begin to eat our food. Also couldn't do sweet tea that day. 7/25/25

Went to the drive through. I had to pull up and wait for my food, even though there was no one ahead of me. I waited about 4 minutes. I ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and fries. The food was hot and very tasty. Much better now that they are under new management. The drive through employee was very nice and polite.

Over the past several months, they have made mistakes with my order. I often order two double cheeseburgers and the drive through gives me two cheeseburgers instead. Today I went to the drive through and no one would take my order. I drove around to the window and no one came to the window. This was at 3:00 PM on July 16th, 2025.

You see the ratings; their total ratings from everyone. You get the feeling the employees just don't care. 3 employees, with no one else in the lobby. Ignored us for 10 min, claiming they couldn't get into the computer, register. Fries were hot, but our SW was cold and the drinks tasted funky. Like many fast food chains, they need better management.
Do not recommend. My burger was lacking ingredients, they were out of French fries and substituted with 4 little chicken fries that resembled great value chicken fries. My chidrens onion rings were soggy and it took about 15 minutes to get the food after ordering.

Let Me start by saying, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE ( SHAWN) ! I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER ONE OF My Hard earned dollars here ever again! My Wife and I went thru the drive thru at 1:20 pm today and didn't receive our complete order till 2:10 pm. After being rudely told by Employee SHAWN to move forward, My Wife and I proceeded to wait 35 mins for SHAWN to come out and ask what did We order again. Then We waited another 10 mins for the first part of our order to come out , and I had to ask SHAWN for 2 straws for our drinks , She got an attitude saying We are short staffed today and My Manager said You can either wait on Your food or just get Your money back. Then SHAWN walks off. My Wife and I waited another 15 mins for them to bring out the last of Our order with no apology , just an attitude saying We have 30 people in the lobby and We are short staffed. I looked in the window and their was 4 people in the lobby, 2 sitting at the table and 2 older ladies ordering! I will from this day forward take My Money and business across the Rd to either Sonic or Cookout! I give this place a negative 5 stars! Besides the food taking so long to receive, it was room temperature and partly cold! "DON'T EAT HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!"

My experience today was trash, got pulled up to wait on food, they forgot something, gave me the wrong size fry & the food was cold, service was terrible. People really go to work for a check and really don’t care what they give people and it’s sad.
