Let Me start by saying, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE ( SHAWN) ! I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER ONE OF My Hard earned dollars here ever again! My Wife and I went thru the drive thru at 1:20 pm today and didn't receive our complete order till 2:10 pm. After being rudely told by Employee SHAWN to move forward, My Wife and I proceeded to wait 35 mins for SHAWN to come out and ask what did We order again. Then We waited another 10 mins for the first part of our order to come out , and I had to ask SHAWN for 2 straws for our drinks , She got an attitude saying We are short staffed today and My Manager said You can either wait on Your food or just get Your money back. Then SHAWN walks off. My Wife and I waited another 15 mins for them to bring out the last of Our order with no apology , just an attitude saying We have 30 people in the lobby and We are short staffed. I looked in the window and their was 4 people in the lobby, 2 sitting at the table and 2 older ladies ordering! I will from this day forward take My Money and business across the Rd to either Sonic or Cookout! I give this place a negative 5 stars! Besides the food taking so long to receive, it was room temperature and partly cold! "DON'T EAT HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!"

My experience today was trash, got pulled up to wait on food, they forgot something, gave me the wrong size fry & the food was cold, service was terrible. People really go to work for a check and really don’t care what they give people and it’s sad.

The guy at the drive-through window talks very fast and is somewhat rude. Even when telling him, thank you for handing me my items he completely just turned his head or closed the window This is the second time that I have came there, and had the same experience with the same young man

I got a bacon melt combo. I bit into the burger, the bacon half raw. It was mold on the patty and a half of a roach mixed in with the onions. I’m so freaking disgusted . When I called, the girl put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I kept calling and they kept hanging up in my face. I DONT recommend this restaurant to eat at. Very nasty and unprofessional.!

Probably the worst Burger King ever, I used to Love BK, rarely go to any BK anymore because of this one in Aiken. Ordered a chocolate shake and all the chocolate syrup was at the bottom,,,vanilla on top, like it wasn't even mixed. Just put yourself out of your misery and close down already.
