I came into cookout tonight around 10:30 and i ordered a bacon cheeseburger tray and my burger was completely burnt i ask for my hush puppies to be lightly cooked but those were as hard as a rock too. Im so mad my burger was burnt.

I ordered 3 cookout trays and they forgot one of them. Handed me a receipt with the amount of 2 trays but charged my bank the amount of 3 trays. And the dining room was closed so I had to wait forever in the drive through to get it fixed. Not happy about any of that but they did give me the third tray with the wrong food and we ate it because we were just tired and hungry.

I've been to this location multiple times. In the beginning, it was awesome. But, not anymore. It's hot and miss with good service. And just about everytime I go now the food is dry, and literally slapped together. And it doesn't do any good to order to your on liking, because your going to get what they want to give you. Point blank. I won't be back.

Hell naw I'm done coming here the table was dirty and the atmosphere was to for a couple of teenagers to come out and laugh like they don't see the dirt and how everyone is on break at the same time I'm good never eat here unless you don't mind the dirt and a bunch of teenagers

As an adult, 2 minutes in this environment is enough to make you walk out. It takes an act of congress to get anyone to take your order. They'll look at you and not even acknowledge you. Don't even try to go through the second lane, they completely ignore it. And the worst part is that the parking lot is the hangout for a bunch of obnoxious kids. I'll go next door. Thanks.

Tried to eat there today at 130pm. Stood at counter for over 10 mins!! Every employee walked by, looked, but never asked if they could take our order or even we will be right with you! No other customers except for one in drive thru. Left and had a great lunch at sonic within 4 minutes of pressing the order button. Cook out used to be great at this location. Really has gone down hill. Owner must not know restaurant business
