Food is OK. I will say the shakes are awesome. However, the food the 2 times I have gone made my stomach upset. I would not recommend eating there. Shakes yes food no. Also, the staff barely said a word and barely talked to you. They just had you the bag and immediately walked off. When ordering, they seem bothered and could hear them sigh.

Horrible customer service. Pretty sure the cashier tried charging me extra thinking I wasn't going to ask for a receipt or notice. But I did. When i questioned her, the total all of a sudden went down about 10 dollars less. Imagine that. However, still didn't get my order right.

I am very disappointed! The young lady at the drive through was very aggressive and spilled our drinks on us when handing it out the window. She then proceeded to complain that we were on her timer for the drive through and needed us to move. We were trying to check our food because the ticket on the plate didn’t correctly match what we ordered. She rolled her eyes and asked someone else about what was on the sandwich and came back and slammed the drive through window. This is not the first time this young lady has given us attitude either

This was my first time at the cookout. The young man who took my order was very polite and organized. The food was very tasty. My table was clean. I will be back!

Order onions on my burger no onions asked for ketchup at the window no ketchup asked for double cheese bite for my son plate got 4 cheese bite
Could hear employees laughing and joking on the speaker and had to keep repeating my order. Got to the window and had the order thrust at me and the window closed. Had to get their attention for a receipt and napkins. Got two napkins for two people. Order was wrong, had specifically asked for no onions and they added them. Fries and hush puppies were thrown in the bag upside down and were cold. Will not be going back to this location.

Went through the drive through order BBQ sandwich trays with onion rings and fries x3. All 3 the same. Checked my food in the car before driving away due to staff issues everywhere. 1 tray out of 3 was correct. I told the young man how to fix it and Porsche told him to get all of our food back so she could see it. I will not return my food and accepted as cooked. Porsche should be reprimanded or demoted to fry cook. Good luck to this business and to Porsche

Food has been okay, but man there is this woman who works there that is just horrible. I get that working customer service can be really rough, but she's just so mean right from the jump. She's been there the past two times we've gone, and both times she's just been spiteful. Read some other reviews and I'm pretty sure we're all talking about the same woman.
