The speaker at the drive thru is just like any other cookout. lol. the food is usually consistent. it’s quick and easy. milkshakes are great. nice that they’re open late.

Paid for 2 chicken quesadillas that came with hardly any chicken in it. I showed it to the manager and he said that's how much chicken is made with,the proof is in the photos. I literally threw them away and lost my appetite, not even worth feeding a hungry homeless person with.

On Dec 8, Order 1118... Rather dissapointed, mic seemed to cut out, alot of waiting between each part of order. Was ONLY person in line and still didnt get what I ordered. Tried to get the huge triple burger they input double but what I got was barely even that... Ordered Fries and Corn Dog sides didnt get them. Ordered BLT bread was HARD, sith barely any B... L... or T... By far worst experience ever had at not just The Cookout but any fast food place. Only thing worth eating was the Onion Rings and the Egg Nog Shake.

I came into cookout tonight around 10:30 and i ordered a bacon cheeseburger tray and my burger was completely burnt i ask for my hush puppies to be lightly cooked but those were as hard as a rock too. Im so mad my burger was burnt.
Nice vibe, kind staff and family friendly radio playing it the backgroud. I'll be back.

I ordered 3 cookout trays and they forgot one of them. Handed me a receipt with the amount of 2 trays but charged my bank the amount of 3 trays. And the dining room was closed so I had to wait forever in the drive through to get it fixed. Not happy about any of that but they did give me the third tray with the wrong food and we ate it because we were just tired and hungry.
