Food is usually really good and the service can be hit or miss but it is never terrible. Plus the meal trays are a pretty good deal. If you want any kind of food after 11pm on any night this is your choice so thank goodness they are good.

Went to the drive thru tonight an was treated very rude. Was placing an order due to traffic an another speaker it was hard to hear when I told the young lady I was the drive she told I needs to let order loud enough to be herd I then got another cashier an was told that was very rude of me. Then the new one had a hard time hearing me also what a shock.

We use to love Cookout but I believe today was our last visit. Just have 1 question,How do you forget to put chicken on a chicken and cheese quesadilla? This was after we were asked 3 different times if we wanted chicken or not. I don't know what's happened but service at this location has gone way down hill. My husband's burger looked like it was made by a 2 yr old. I'm honestly surprised they didn't forget to put bacon on his bacon wrap. Good luck on keeping this location open if this continues to be the way y'all operate.

Update: Another visit 01/26/24I am really liking this place, but what is up with the payment, can't use my chip, can't tap,,can only use the swipe!!! What are we, cavemen. Last time I had to swipe, I was in a third world country. Come on man.I have only visited here 3 times since living in Aiken, I don't know why, last two times, the food has been really good. Don't remember the first time.They make a tasty burger and the fries are really good. Maybe it's the location, because I never go to Sonic either and they are next door.

Love this place for peanut butter milkshakes! The food is fried fast food, but the milkshakes are the best! I have tried most of the local ice cream shoppes and none can compare to the peanut butter milkshakes at Cook Out!

They are so unprofessional. Never go to second lane. They make you wait until they have gone through the cars in the first even if you ordered before the five cars.Are they confused on how to make the first lane wait until they wave the second lane around? It would have been smarter to make one lane and pull the first car to the second window.
