I order from here quite frequently. However, this evening my order was incorrect. I called and asked to speak to the manager. He said yeah, when he answered the phone. I explained to him that I ordered the buffalo five mac n cheese, but only received regular mac and cheese. His reply was okay what you want me to do about it. He was very rude and unapologetic for the error in which was made. I would prefer to have the meal in which I had paid for.

The handmade pizza was so delicious the only issue this is my se ond time ordering online my pizza was not customized how i wanted very simple but it was so delicios this time i let it slide but attebtion to detail & orders need to be handled more effectively. They replaced my 1st pizza when it happened.

I order from them all the time. Everything is usually accurate, fast and good. But tonight I accidentally got someone else’s sandwich in part of my order and got Outstanding customer service when they corrected the order. Rare.

Ordered pizza on line to get discount. They tried to charge the whole price without the discount. Told them I ordered on line. Apparently the cashier had rung up the full so, he asked the owner what to do. The owner said charge them full price. The cashier went ahead & gave us the discounted price. Will never visit this store again!!

They always forget a condiment or loose my order, and my husband has to sit in truck cuz the few seats they have are usually occupied.
Parking: They share parking with ups, a grocery store & 4 or 4 little shops parking lot usually full.
