Stood at window for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. No one else in line at all!
Was completely excited to find this place as I lived in NOLA and Pelicans Snowballs are a must!!! Came with my mom and daughter so they could experience a snowball. My daughters snowball didn’t taste right and as I have had the exact flavor she got it didn’t taste the same, we circled back around just to see about getting a new one (in Nola you could) the girl working said you can buy a new one….. I’m so disappointed and normally wouldn’t complain but the lemonade tasted...read full review
