“This place is amazing. I ordered me some cookies and ice cream after waiting 10 min. Despite of all the crowd the employees were friendly and calm and they handled the situation perfectly better than any other places. Didn’t expected to be so busy around this time and 30’s weather but it was all worth the wait. Ice cream comes with free toppings a big+ no other place would do that. Cookies were getting low but they had them made already so received what I got. Definitely worth recommending.“
“I've been here many, many times, and there are occasional simple issues (things that might occur when short staffed) but I've never had good reason to complain. One confusing thing is that though there are two drive-thru lanes, only one is ever open, but there's rarely a long line so it's not a big problem.Parking: There's plenty of options for park-and-eat, drive-thru, and carhop style eating“
“The young lady that helped me in drive thru tonight went above, and beyond her job duties to make sure my visit, was good. At first I was worried about being short because I was there to pick up 2 orders. Even thou I wasn't, this young lady offered to cover what I was short. She was awesome. I wish that I would've gotten her name, because she deserves to know that this review is because of her. Wish that there was more people in this world just like her. She had cute lil pig trails, or buns. Not sure. :)“
“Even though I've lived in Aiken a long time now, yesterday was my first Flannigan's experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very professional without being off-putting. The atmosphere was funny everyone was smiling and having a great time. And the ice cream...?...so good.My birthday was a few days ago. I didn't know I needed birthday cake cream in my life. But there it was! And it was so good!They have outdoor seat in front and out back. I may talk to management about me bringing my meetup group for ice cream socials.“
