To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

Pros: tastiness of the cookies. Size. Only had a few that seemed a tad too small.

Cons: sometimes there’s a wait (patience is a virtue), they stopped carrying bags with handles, no sticker without an additional fee? Pretty odd considering I order these for customers who always love receiving Crumbl cookies.“

“Fun stop for a special treat! These shakes were delicious, and very large - and these were the pint sizes! The tropical float was also very tasty! Definitely not something for everyday (maybe not even every week) but an excellent once-in-while family outing. Worth the drive from Aiken.“

My burger was a slight bit salty, but otherwise it was awesome. *Update* June 28 2026 I ordered a steak burger bowl and hot fudge sundae to go. No bacon in the bowl at all, and sauce was missing. Sundae was good but a little high filled so by the time I took it to go and opened the top it burped vanilla down the sides like a volcano. See photos.“
