Went and ordered a cake, twice 2023, and March 2024. Both times the order wasn't complete. March they said there wasn't even an order, which it was placed in February and had a receipt. Just all around they could use better organization and help. The cake came out okay. The first one was an absolute mess, I had to redo it. The second one was alright. Did the best they could. Still will do our family tradition of ice cream cakes. But it's a real bummer it might not be from here....read full review

Lone staff member was overwhelmed and frustrated. Another employee returned and helped in spite of her kid waiting in car for her. She helped get caught up, but the lone employee almost walked out leaving us almost without service. The ice I did eventually get was good.
