Was not happy at all with the experience we had tonight..went in and got food for my family and not only was the place a mess but the gentleman that was working and handling our food didn't even wear gloves!..as a store manager of a restaurant that's a big no no..also the hot dogs you could tell where over cooked that my 3 year old wouldn't even eat his..usually love this place

It’s always hit or miss with this location being open. At least half the time they’re closed when it’s nowhere near closing time. Just terrible. If I owned the place I’d be in there myself working rather than close. I think this is the last time I give them a chance. Too much wasted time driving here for nothing. It’s 8:09 in a Saturday night when their hours say they’re open until 10.

I had to leave all 1 stars due to never getting any ice cream becaus3 the employee or employees were MIA for 15 mins. I stood at the front called for them. Then asked the cashier at the corner pantry register if they were open. "Yeah, she might be in the back" was her answer. Offered no help. Didn't call for her. Didn't go look for her. I stood there another 5 mins. Called the locations phone numerous twice. No answer. Finally I just left. It will be the last time I ever leave DQ or the corner pantry. I will never leave because I will never go. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the staff here ad far as horribly slow service and a straight up lackadaisical work ethic. This is the only DQ for miles and it's trash. I'll spend my money at Sonic when I want ice cream.

Went and ordered a cake, twice 2023, and March 2024. Both times the order wasn't complete. March they said there wasn't even an order, which it was placed in February and had a receipt. Just all around they could use better organization and help. The cake came out okay. The first one was an absolute mess, I had to redo it. The second one was alright. Did the best they could. Still will do our family tradition of ice cream cakes. But it's a real bummer it might not be from here. We love them and they're delicious. But it could also end up not working because the cake needs to be redone. Or they don't make it. I also emailed about the issue and was ignored.
